INCORRECT ADDRESS/SHIPMENT TRACKING

  1. Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout. Shopzenma will not be responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.
  2. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
  3. For orders returned due to an incorrect delivery address provided, you will be required to pay the cost for reshipment.
  4. If you contact the carrier to request a reroute or redirection of your package after it has been shipped, and the package is lost, stolen, or damaged during this process, Shopzenma will not be liable for any loss.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR DAMAGED

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged. If a product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods at [email protected] with your order info and images of the damaged product attached.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All orders placed on our website may be canceled before they are shipped. If you contact us on time, we will refund the full payment to your payment procedure. However, for orders already in transit or have been processed, we regret that we cannot cancel these orders.


ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email (please check your spam folder if you cannot find it). Ensure all information is correct. We will ship to the address you provided on the checkout page. Additionally, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. (Click Here and input tracking number to track your order). You can visit the courier company's official website and use the tracking number to track your order.

Note: Please be aware that the tracking is valid for 60 days. If you contact us after 60 days, we will be unable to assist you.


DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ORDERED
