1. RETURN POLICY

- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with original packaging and all tags.
- Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a resolution (replacement or refund).
- Items that don't match the ordered size or have non-human-caused quality issues.

4. RETURN PROCESS

- Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund.
